During their visit to Colombo in late May 2024, Mr. Honrado and Ms Liu, representative of the CACCI Secretariat met with Mr. Anura Lokuhetty, Chairman of the CACCI Asian Council on Tourism. They discussed with Mr. Anura the proposed agenda and format of the Secotral Plenary Session on  ICT and Tourism to be held as part of the 38^th CACCI Conference to be held on November 11-12, 2024 in Singapore.

They agreed that the theme of the session will be on the use of technology and AI in the tourism sector. Mr. Anura said he will formulate the exact wording of the session theme and will submit this to the Seretariat along, with his  speaker suggestions.
