Following the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between YEGAP and YEAB, the YEGAP Executive Committee held its first meeting on January 22, 2025. Chaired by Hiromi Aoki, the meeting welcomed CACCI President and YEGAP Advisory Council Chair Peter McMullin AM, Immediate Past YEGAP Chair Rommel Gerodias, and the newly appointed Executive Committee members.

Hiromi introduced the theme for his term, “One Asia, One Family,” emphasizing unity and collaboration to drive entrepreneurial growth. The Executive Committee includes:

• Executive Vice Chair: John Tran (Vietnam)
• Vice Chairs: Khulan Davaadorj (Mongolia), Michael Lim (Australia), Aries Balanay (Philippines), Goh Chai Li (Brunei), Jay Thian (Taiwan), and Ekaterina Ueda (Japan)
• Members: Jacob Park (Korea), Lorenz Dela (Philippines), Yasuaki Nanba (Japan)

Key discussions focused on setting 2025 priorities, appointing committee heads, and planning initiatives like networking events, training programs, and advocacy efforts. The committee is committed to realizing the vision of “One Asia, One Family” and fostering opportunities for young entrepreneurs across the region.
