A group of officers and members led by Mr. Hiromi Aoki, Chairman, YEGAP had an exclusive meeting with Ms. Ee Rong Chong, Chairperson, YBLN under Singapore Business Federation (SBF), along with fellow YBLN officers. The meeting held in Singapore on July 3 2025 during the ASEAN Conference 2025 served as a valuable platform for both organizations to explore deeper engagement and structured collaboration across the region.

Discussions focused on identifying areas of mutual strategic interest, particularly in empowering the next generation of business leaders in ASEAN and the wider Asia-Pacific. A key highlight of the conversation was the joint consideration of launching a “Lighthouse Project”—a proposed initiative aimed at showcasing innovative, high-impact entrepreneurship models through joint programming, mentorship, and cross-border exchange.

Both parties also agreed to work toward calendar alignment, allowing their respective members to support and participate in each other’s events, training sessions, and flagship activities. This commitment to mutual support signals a strong foundation for a long-term partnership between YEGAP and YBLN, with a shared vision of cultivating a connected and forward-looking regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.
