23rd Capital Markets Conference on 19 August 2026 in Mumbai
The Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry would like to extend an invitation to members and friends to join the 23rd edition of FICCI’s Annual Capital Markets Conference (#CAPAM 2026) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 from 9AM – 5PM at Hotel Sofitel, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.
The theme of this year's conference is: "Capital Markets as the Gateway to India's Future: AI, Financialization and New Investment Frontiers."
Over the past two decades, FICCI's flagship Capital Markets Conference has emerged as one of India's most influential forums for deliberating on policy reforms, market development, and the future trajectory of the country's capital markets ecosystem. As India aspires to become a leading global economy, capital markets will play a pivotal role in mobilizing capital, fostering wealth creation, and financing sustainable economic growth.
Aligned with this vision, CAPAM 2026 will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping investment strategies, market infrastructure and regulatory oversight; how the increasing participation of retail and institutional investors is deepening markets; and how new investment frontiers—including private capital, REITs, InvITs, corporate bonds, sustainable finance and alternative assets—are expanding the investment landscape. The discussions will bring together policymakers, regulators, market participants and industry leaders to chart the future trajectory of India's capital markets and their role in supporting the country's growth ambitions.
We are delighted to share that Mr. Tuhin Kanta Pandey, Chaiman, SEBI, has kindly agreed to deliver the Inaugural Address at CAPAM 2026.
