CACCI President joins 45th Japan YEG in Gunma
CACCI President Peter McMullin AM attended, for the first time, the 45th National Convention of the Japan Young Entrepreneurs Group (Japan YEG), held in Gunma, Japan, on 26–27 February 2026. Under the leadership of YEGAP Chair Hiromi Aoki, the Convention brought together more than 12,000 participants from across the region, showcasing the strength and optimism of entrepreneurship.
The Convention stood as a powerful embodiment of what Hiromi described as “One Asia, One Family.” Many CACCI YEGAP members were present, some bringing their own delegation.
Amid a hectic schedule of events, a delegate approached the CACCI President and remarked, “In Asia, we start with relationships first and business transactions later.” The CACCI President later cited this as a compelling reflection of the Merchants of Peace ethos—where fostering cross-border business relationships helps reduce the likelihood of conflict among nations.
CACCI President Peter McMullin AM expressed his appreciation to Hiromi and all YEGAP representatives for hosting a highly successful Convention and for building unstoppable force of business for good.
